Klasern MOT Watches

This is a project in collaboration with Klasern for their very first wristwatch collection. ​The MOT collection is inspired by the Bauhaus art and design movement that lays emphasis on functionality and simplicity while still embodying a futuristic look.

Powering MOT is the undisputed engineering reputation of the high precision Swiss quartz movement from Ronda, encased in a 38mm (or 44mm) stainless steel body. The powder-coated case in silver, black, or rose gold comes with an additional top coat by using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process to improve hardness, scratch resistance, and corrosion resistance. Sapphire crystal is used to enhance scratch and shatter resistance of the domed glass. The genuine leather straps are made by Saigon craftsmen who take an obsessive approach to quality workmanship.

The MOT watch collection has become a winner of the prestigious Silver A’ Design Award in the Jewelry, Eyewear and Watch Design Award Category in 2018-2019.
